STill waiting........

(Or as I like to call it-God trying once again to teach me to be a patient person). Tomorrow is Monday-over three weeks from the time that the my paperwork has been in the same hands. Or maybe not. Maybe, just maybe it's on its way to my house? I'm trying to be a calm, patient person, but the more I wait, the more airline fairs go up. So, think happy thoughts okay? As soon as I have news, I'll post. Til then it's only about two months til we go!

Some new news is better than no new news!

Wow, can you say the title five times fast?
As of yesterday we now have passports AND our Fulbright medical clearence. Woo hoo. Yet another step :) I also got to talk to my exchange partner last night for a little bit. We're both working on ways to get the other to school next year without a car. When the big Fulbright envelope came yesterday I was SURE it was going to say that the Fulbright board turened us down. What is wrong with me ?

Still waiting

Still waiting for new news here. On a positive note there are only 12 more days left of school. I think we are all ready for summer! Passports are set to come anyday now, and I"m all signed up for the Fulbright "pre-orientation" orientation if that makes any sense at all :) We're gearing up for Summer activities and it looks like Gym Tots and Swim lessons are on the agenda.

Little News

Well, I just got back my medical form because my doctor did not fill out all of the parts. I'm wondering if the lab sent him all the info. Oh, well, I ran by the hospital lab and got the reports and mailed them all back together to fulbright. One more thing done. We're coming up on three weeks post passport and waiting daily for some sign of them. The diet is going well-one week down, three pounds down. Woo hoo!
Til next time,
